Confidence, Control and Your Next Career Move.
30th September 2026
The Australia-United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce was happy to welcome young professionals from across the Australia-UK business community for our first Young Professionals Network workshop, Confidence, Control and Your Next Career Move, held at Robert Walters HQ on 30 September.
Led by Caroline Brewin, Founder & CEO of Brain Powered, and Richard Lassiter, CEO of RL Performance, the interactive workshop explored the neuroscience behind confidence, practical ways to navigate uncertainty and strategies for focusing time and energy on what we can control.
Guests also had the opportunity to build practical tools for managing career transitions, strengthen their approach to networking and connect with fellow young professionals from across the Chamber’s community.
A special thanks to our event partners Darryn Qualye, Vice President at Worley, and Dom Horne, Associate Director at Robert Walters, for their opening and closing remarks, and to Caroline and Richard for sharing their expertise and making the session so engaging and practical.
