Discover the UK government's proposed replacement of the taxation of UK non-domiciled individuals with a residence-based regime. This significant change will affect all non-UK domiciled individuals and their connected structures, including a new four-year foreign income and gains regime, transitional rules, and an overhaul of inheritance tax (IHT).

While uncertainties remain, particularly regarding IHT, non-UK domiciled individuals are encouraged to attend to learn how to best prepare for these changes. Topics covered include the proposed four-year rule for foreign income and gains, the temporary repatriation facility, trusts, inheritance tax, tax traps, and opportunities.
