The Chamber, in partnership with NAB and KPMG, was proud to host the Young Professionals Reception - ‘Leadership through Change’, with Steve Vamos at Australia House.
It was a pleasure to welcome a dynamic group of 175 young professionals interested in learning from an inspiring speaker and building their business network in the UK.
Steve Vamos, delivered a thought-provoking keynote address that reminded us that “technology amplifies people”, and that in times of rapid change, it’s mindset - not just tools - that determines success. From navigating the “best places – worst of times” to embracing difficult conversations, Steve challenged us to:
Think about how we think
Get better every day – focus on the how
Have the hard conversations – “words are all we have”
