50th Anniversary Reception

On 17 October, Australia House in London hosted Australian Business in Europe's 50th Anniversary celebration.
The evening brought together members from across Europe alongside ambassadors, government officials, board members, and senior business leaders to commemorate five decades of fostering stronger trade, investment, and diplomatic ties between Australia and Europe.
The event featured remarks from Hon. Stephen Smith, High Commissioner, Australian High Commission; Mathias Cormann, Secretary-General, OECD; Jennifer Mackinlay, General Manager, Europe, Austrade; Nick Woolfitt, Head of Specialised Finance Europe, NAB; Richard York, Head of Contracts at Murex; and Gina Bowman, European ABIE representative and Board Member, Australia New Zealand Spain Business Association.
