Summer Reception with the Premier of Western Australia

Last Thursday, in partnership with Invest & Trade Western Australia, the Government of Western Australia, and Agent General John Langoulant AO, we held an exclusive, invitation-only reception with the Premier and Treasurer of Western Australia, the Hon Mark McGowan MLA. This reception in London marked the Premier’s latest visit to the UK and featured an evening of networking with Western Australian friends, alumni and business leaders.

The Premier leads one of the strongest economies in the world, as he kept Western Australia safe and strong and ensured businesses were able to operate during the pandemic. On his Reconnect WA mission with a focus on tourism, renewable energy, skilled migration and economic matters, he addressed how he sees the State of Western Australia diversifying the economy and continuing to grow.
