End of Year Young Professional Reception

The Australia-UK Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with NAB, BHP and Telstra hosted the End of Year Young Professionals Reception themed ‘Ngurra’ an Aboriginal word meaning 'home', ‘community’ and ‘a place of belonging'.
The Hon Stephen Smith, Australian High Commissioner to the UK delivered opening remarks, and John McClusky, Head of Europe at NAB provided the welcome address as the primary sponsor.
The event featured a captivating performance from our special guest speaker Naarah, winner of the 2024 NAIDOC Week 'Creative Talent Award' and Tasmania's 2024 Young Australian of the Year.
The event concluded with a networking session, where young professionals connected and built meaningful relationships to carry forward into the new year.
