Tania Seary is a global leader in Procurement. Tania was working as a global commodity manager for Alcoa in New York when she got derailed to the international mining circuit via her husband Chris Lynch. Finding herself in Australia 16 years ago, Tania established The Faculty to train and connect professionals in the Procurement industry.

Tania then established The Source, a Specialist recruitment firm for the Procurement profession. When Chris moved to London with Rio Tinto, Tania decided to add an online business to Procurement and supply chain professionals so she could run the business from London. Geographic necessity has inspired Tania to build on her core business, develop a very successful business and make it work for her and her family.

 

Katie Benson is an international hospitality expert. Ros first met Katie when she was MD of the Langham in Melbourne until 2007. She then took over as MD of the Langham in Hong Kong before moving to London where she was MD of the Langham London and member of the executive committee of Langham hospitality group.

Katie became CEO of Langham Hospitality Investments and oversaw its Hong kong stock exchange listing. Katie then became regional Vice President for Langham for America and Caribbean where she relaunched the Langham hotels in Chicago, New York and Toronto. In 2015, Katie returned to London as Regional VP Europe & General Manager – Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Katie is an Australian woman who has gained international experience and recognition as a leader in her field.
