Outlook on the UK Property Market

LIVE WEBINAR | Outlook on the UK Property Market

Thursday 22nd April 2021

The property market is central to debates on how COVID-19 will reshape the way we live, work and commute. Major trends including an exodus from central London and the rise of digital working are prompting debate on the future role of the city and how this will impact property planning, investment and values.

Join our three experts to hear their views on the short and long-term outlook for the UK residential and commercial property market including:

  • What effect have recent UK Government policies had on the property market and could this change?
  • What role will Brexit play on future property value and demand?
  • Will COVID-19 behaviours permanently change the UK property market and urban infrastructure?
  • What will happen to commercial and residential property values in 2021 and beyond?
  • What are the new rules of the UK property market?
