The Hon. Tim Pallas, Treasurer for Victoria
The Hon. Tim Pallas MP is the Treasurer for Victoria. The Treasurer previously served as the Minister for Roads and Ports and later Minister for Major Projects under the previous Labor Government in Victoria.
The Treasurer delivered funding for the state of Victoria’s $A3,650 million Regional Rail Link, more than $100 million for road upgrades, and increased funding for new schools and both Mercy and Western Health organisations.
The Treasurer has been responsible for overseeing major infrastructure projects including the $5.5 billion M1 upgrade, $4 million Geelong Ring Road development, and the $205 million Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre upgrade.

Josh Murray is a member of both the Europe and Australia Executive Committees at Laing O’Rourke, one of the world’s largest privately-owned engineering and construction companies.
He joined the business in 2008, initially to lead business development in Australia, and went on to merge this client focus with the role of Australian General Manager of Corporate Affairs in 2010-2011. This year, Josh transferred to London to work alongside group founder and CEO Ray O’Rourke, on a new global Corporate Affairs approach.
Prior to joining Laing O’Rourke, Josh served as Chief of Staff to New South Wales Premier Morris Iemma and to Deputy Premier John Watkins – with portfolio experience across transport and infrastructure, energy reform, and state development.
