Peter Horne, Principal, Nous Group

Peter has leadership and consulting experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors at executive and board level. He brings a breadth of perspective, challenge and insight that he deploys effectively in consulting assignments. Peter has significant regulatory expertise drawn from experience that includes leading an innovation team within the UK’s Better Regulation Executive and as executive director of party and election finance. He is part of the leadership team of the London office, driving the growth and influence of Nous Group in the UK.

Siobhan Martin, Global HRBP Leader, Aegon Asset Management

Prior to this Siobhan was Executive Director of the UK Board of Mercer Ltd, responsible for HR. She partners with senior management to drive employee engagement and profitable growth for our 2500 employees, the Global HR Leader for Retirement & Investments, and Director of Human Resources for Europe and the Middle East and a member of the Regional Executive team, the EMEA Risk Committee, Global HR Leadership Group and the Global Diversity Council. In addition, Siobhan sits on the Boards of a number of industry bodies and charitable trusts, including Stonewall, the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and Monash University Global Leaders’ Network Advisory Committee UK. Siobhan completed her Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Western Australia and went on to complete her PhD in Psychology at Monash University.

Nick Matthews, Vice President & General Manager EMEA, Culture Amp

Nick leads revenue, customer retention and staff across the region and specialises in building high performing #culturefirst teams. Nick also retains the relationships with Culture Amp’s Venture Capital investors and strategic partners across the region. Nick has previously held Go-To-Market Leadership roles at Yammer & Microsoft as well as consulting roles at Deloitte. Nick is currently learning to work from home with a new puppy…..
