Ian Stewart, Chief UK Economist, Deloitte
Ian Stewart is a Partner and Chief Economist at Deloitte where he advises Boards and companies on macroeconomics. Ian devised the Deloitte Survey of Chief Financial Officers and writes a popular weekly economics blog, the Monday Briefing.
His previous roles include Chief Economist for Europe at Merrill Lynch, Head of Economics in the Conservative Research Department and Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. Ian was educated at the London School of Economics.
Antony Raine, Manager, Brexit Insights & International Trade Policy, Deloitte
Antony Raine is a member of Deloitte’s Brexit Insights & International Trade Policy team, specialising in geopolitical risk analysis and strategic planning. Antony also liaises with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Department for International Trade to represent the views of Deloitte and the wider Professional & Business Services (PBS) Sector.
Prior to Deloitte, spent 6 years as a Captain in the British Army which included a diplomatic post in South America and an operational tour in Afghanistan.
