HE the Hon George Brandis QC, Australian High Commissioner to the UK, Australian High Commission

The Hon George Brandis QC was appointed Australian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom in May 2018. Mr Brandis has had a distinguished political career in Australia as a member of the Federal Parliament. His appointments have included Attorney-General, Vice-President of the Executive Council, Leader of the Government in the Senate, Federal Minister for the Arts, and Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate.

 

HE the Rt Hon Sir Jerry Mateparae GNZM, QSO, KStJ, New Zealand High Comissioner to the UK, New Zealand High Commission

The Rt Hon Sir Jerry Mateparae GNZM, QSO, KStJ is the current and 27th New Zealand High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. Prior to his appointment, he served as New Zealand’s 20th Governor General. Previously, he has worked at senior levels in the New Zealand public service and military.
